An unhurried, immersive, whole body treatment that encourages tension to melt throughout the body. Flowing & therapeutic techniques help the body release, unwind, and restore comfort, balance, and vitality. Leaves the body feeling deeply relaxed, open, and restored.
75 min - Whole Body Renewal -€80
An immersive, whole-body session using flowing, attentive techniques. Tight or tired areas are allowed to release naturally. Promotes a sense of openness, restoration, and deep relaxation throughout the body.
Minimum 75-minute session is my recommended option, as it allows enough time to cover all main areas of the body while also working into any lingering tension that needs extra care.
60 min - Whole Body Relaxation - €70
A flowing, whole-body treatment that envelops the body in gentle, nurturing touch. Long strokes and attentive pressure work together to ease tension, encourage circulation, and create a feeling of lightness and release, leaving the whole body soft, calm, and refreshed.
60 min - Upper Body Release - €70
A nurturing, upper body experience using flowing, mindful movements to ease tension in the shoulders, neck, and upper back. This hands-on approach works deeply yet gently into tight muscles, encouraging openness and mobility while promoting calm and lightness.
60 min - Upper Body Cupping - €70
A targeted session combining gentle cupping with flowing massage strokes to relieve stiffness in the shoulders, neck, and upper back. Cupping enhances circulation, encourages the muscles to release, and brings a subtle lifting sensation, creating a sense of lightness, openness, and renewed comfort.
30 min - Back Relief Massage- €40
A focused session that gently eases tension in the back and shoulders. Attentive, flowing strokes help muscles soften and release, leaving a sense of lightness, comfort, and ease.
*Tummy work is optional with 90min treatment and available upon request, allowing each session to be tailored to your comfort and needs.
*Hips & Glutes areas are always treated over the drape for comfort and privacy.

Sessions are fully clothed, typically in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, allowing your body to move freely and safely. Treatments are usually performed on a comfortable, cushioned mat on the floor, which allows space for movement. For those who prefer, the session can also be adapted to a massage table.

75 min — Stretch & Restore Thai Bodywork - €80 (Table-Based)
A deeply restorative whole-body session with more time to linger where your body needs it. On the supportive Thai-style table, slow stretches, sustained pressure, and fluid movement help release deeper layers of tightness. This treatment feels spacious and unhurried, inviting openness in the joints, ease in the breath, and a soothing sense of being gently renewed.
90 min — Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork - €100 (Mat-Based, or Table on Request)
A full-length, holistic Thai yoga bodywork offered on a comfortable floor mat, allowing the body to be moved, stretched, and supported with freedom and flow. Slow, meditative pressure, mindful stretches, and whole-body movements create a deeply opening experience that feels grounding, spacious, and revitalizing. For those who prefer, the session can also be adapted for the table without losing its therapeutic depth.
